John A. Causey III is the Founder & CEO of Smart Boy Entertainment. Mr. Causey is a versatile and dynamic executive, combining a unique blend of corporate professional experience with global Fortune 500 corporations and international non-profit enterprises. During the past 20 years, Mr. Causey has established a track record of starting and developing successful international business ventures.
Mr. Causey has held top executive positions with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), International Business Machine (IBM), and Ford Motor Company. He has successfully managed over 5,000 staffers, spanning multiple nations, with annual budgets exceeding $800 million. As an entertainment executive, Mr. Causey is the Founder of POSH Entertainment Group and the Co-Founder/Chairman of Crash Zone Entertainment, Inc.
In the non-profit sector, Mr. Causey has worked hands-on with international charities and leading business organizations in over 171 nations, around the world. He is Founder/Chairman of the HELP Worldwide Foundation and Founder/COO of People Making Progress Ltd. Since 2006, Mr. Causey has worked as a consultant to H.O.P.E. Worldwide, providing leadership and strategic guidance in their partnerships with the US Department of Education and The National Corporation of Community Service.
In addition to his achievements in the corporate, entertainment, and non-profit sectors, Mr. Causey is recognized as a highly regarded, international public speaker. Mr. Causey is considered by many to be an expert on the subjects of personal empowerment, success, and visionary organizational leadership. He has delivered inspirational speeches and conducted workshops on these topics in over 100 Countries around the World, from Australia, to Asia, to Africa, and the many Nations in between.

Mr. Causey has earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and is currently fulfilling the requirements towards a Doctorial degree in Leadership Theory (PhD), Pepperdine University. In January 2007, George W. Bush presented Mr. Causey with the U.S. Presidents highest award for leadership and community service.
